Why to teach it?
– nobody denies guanxi plays a crucial role in Chinese communities but many people feels Australia had a similar system. Is it it true? What are the similarities and differences.

What to teach?
– grammar 有、没(有)、就
– culture: concepts of 关系, how it influences people’s life / power and wealth distribution

How to teach it?
– a big question 🙂

柯文哲說,他前幾天和體育局官員談到,台北市12個運動中心的場所租出合約,租金計價方式都不一樣,所以他叫財政局定統一公式,體育局現在補助學校辦運動比賽的經費,過去很多是看交情、看關係,「有關係就沒關係,沒關係就有關係」,因此,未來他會要求把補助費申請表、補助標準等都上網公告,審核委員也要公開遴選,才能達到公開透明的目標。
